Drop (night)

A dipped shaker for your sweet stuff. Made out of porcelain with transparent and different coloured glazes. Dishwasher safe. Signed at the bottom. Handmade in Stockholm, Sweden.

Technique: The bowl is casted in porcelain and decorated with several layers of different glazes. The shape is made by dripping a ground shape into liquid clay repeatedly. In a land building process the shape will create itself. The process uses the built-in chance in the forces of nature. The method is used as an artistic expression. Primitive and extraordinary at the same time. Fired to 1280°C.
